We will prorate your statement for your last month of service, if we are notified in advance. If your statement is not prorated, refunds are available. For active subscribers, refunds are generally credited to your account. However, cash refunds are available to active subscribers at our main office. Refunds for inactive subscribers are mailed or given in cash at our main office. Refund checks are prepared every month.
