CABLE TV SERVICES

HDTV Service | Notes | Installation | FAQs

Installers will need to access the back panel of your High Definition television, so you must have your equipment moved out and ready when they come. Installers will not move your equipment for you.
Have your owner’s manual available to help the installer locate and access your TV’s Component Video connection.
Clear Picture will provide the appropriate video cable for an additional fee. A composite video cable is $10, a DVI Video Cable is $20 and a HDMI Video Cable is $25. These are usually much cheaper than what you'll find them for in retail stores. You are responsible for other interconnection cables such as audio, S-video, SPDIF, etc. (Check your TV's owner's manual for details.)
We will do our best to help you configure your home entertainment system, however these systems can be very complex and you may need to contact the original provider for further assistance.
Be sure to give your email address to the installer so that we can send you updates as new high definition channels and upgrades are available.
