Clear Picture is pleased to publicize announcements of special events for local non-profit, civic, and charitable groups on cable Ch. 9. These Public Service Announcements (PSAs) are displayed at Clear Picture TV's discretion, and are included when creation time and space in the computer allow. 

Your Public Service Announcement (PSA) should be submitted two weeks prior to the requested release date. We suggest announcements be released two weeks prior to an event, so we need your announcement one month in advance to assure the best chance of appearing. The PSAs air approximately every two to three hours depending on how many other PSAs are running. Clear Picture does NOT provide verification that your PSA will or has aired. 

You may need a paid advertisement for your event If you are having a fundraiser, hosting an event that requires reservations or is very time sensitive, or you want verification of your ad, you should run a paid advertisement. The paid ads run more frequently (every half-hour) and are on for 20 seconds (PSAs are 15 sec). A paid ad also allows your organization to control the wording of the ad and the specific days the ad will run. Paid ads are $45 per week or $125 per month.
