Clear Picture is pleased to publicize announcements of special events for local non-profit, civic, and charitable groups on cable Ch. 10. These Public Service Announcements (PSAâs) are displayed at Clear Pictureâs discretion and are included when creation time and space in the computer allow.

Your Public Service Announcement (PSA) should be submitted two weeks prior to the requested release date. We suggest announcements be released two weeks prior to an event, so we need your announcement one month in advance to assure the best chance of appearing.
