CREDIT FOR LOSS OF SERVICE

If your service is interrupted for more than 24 hours after you have reported a problem, you may request a credit for the period during which your service was not working.

Payments are posted on the day received. Clear Picture cannot be responsible for delays due to slow mail delivery.

IN PERSON
Pay in person at the following locations:

• Apple Creek Bank (all branches) • Wayne County National Bank (all branches)
• Chase Bank(Wooster offices) • Wayne Savings Community Bank (all branches)

Allow five working days for payments made at these locations (except our office) to be posted to your account. Always use your statement when making payments in person or by mail. This ensures accurate posting. Make all checks payable to Clear Picture.

REFUNDS

We will pro-rate your last month's rent for any service if we are notified in advance. Normally, refunds to active subscribers are credited to the account. However, cash refunds to active subscribers are available at the office only. Refunds to inactive subscribers are mailed or given in cash at the office. Refund checks are prepared every month.
